This site collects no data about you. Here is what happens anyway, when you visit it and when you contact me.

Who is responsible

When you visit the site

The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools, and it loads no fonts, images or scripts from other sites.

The company that hosts the site, Cloudflare (its privacy policy), records the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type for technical and security reasons. These are the ordinary logs of any web server: I do not use them to find out who you are.

If you choose a language with the «it / en» link, your browser remembers the choice on your device (localStorage). It is not sent to anyone and only serves to show you the site in the language you asked for; you can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser. It needs no consent, because it is a technical tool you asked for.

When you call or write to me

If you call me or send me an email, I use your number, your name and what you write only to reply and, if you decide to buy a piece, for the contract and delivery (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). I keep this data for as long as needed and, for sales, for the periods required by tax law. I do not pass it on to anyone, except the courier when a delivery requires it.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, receive it in a commonly used format, restrict its use or object to its processing (Articles 15–21 of the Regulation), by writing to design@fenustudio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali: garanteprivacy.it.
